During the registration for the MOIA User Panel, we ask for various information on:

• Demographic details (Gender, Age group, Language)

• Mobility preferences (Private car, Use of MOIA) 

• Particularly sensitive personal data (e.g., Health data, Degree of disability, Assistive devices) 

3. Purposes of data processing

We process the contact details to be able to contact you, and the demographic data, sensitive personal data, data about your household, and mobility preferences in order to select user-profiles and invite you to suitable upcoming studies (e.g., studies on improving accessibility, studies on the needs of families, pricing). The legal basis for the data processing is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a), Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR).

4. Data transfers and transmitting data to third countries

Data you provide during the registration for the MOIA User Panel will only be accessible for persons at MOIA who are involved in the selection of the user groups. We use various services that process data on our behalf (e.g. hosting, email delivery, customer service). Each service provider is checked by us and guarantees an adequate level of data protection. In some cases, data may be transferred to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area. In such cases, suitable safeguards are in place to ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data for the natural persons concerned.

5. Data deletion

Your data will be deleted, if you send us a deletion request or the MOIA User Panel is ceased.

We keep your data secure using appropriate technical and organizational measures. Information that is transferred via our websites is always encrypted.
